How it works

One job. Every handoff.

Stop rebuilding the same job every time it changes hands.

Every job has a place.Approved jobs land on the board. The floor sees what’s next, and what’s done.Nothing waits on someone remembering.
Quotes + approvals

Quote it once.
Get it approved fast.

Price garments, decoration, signs and wraps with your own rates. Send the quote, let the customer approve the proof online, and turn it into a sales order without retyping the job.

  • Supplier pricing for blanks
  • Online proof approval
  • Quote to sales order in one click
Production

You priced the job.
Now see what it took.

Every job lands on one production board with its artwork, sizes, garments and notes. Setup and run timers record how long each run really took, and that history stays on the job for anyone to look back at.

  • Shared production board
  • Setup + run timers
  • Job history the team can see
Purchasing + check-in

Order the blanks.
Count them in by size.

Garments are already on the order, so purchasing knows what to buy. When the boxes land, the crew types in each size and it turns green when it matches. On a phone, pull the row up and the whole colorway is marked all here.

  • Purchasing from the order
  • Size-by-size check-in
  • Pull up on a phone: all here
Invoices + payments

Bill from the order.
Get paid on time.

Invoice straight from the sales order, take card payments through Square or Stripe, or record what came in another way. The job closes with the money attached.

  • Invoice from the sales order
  • Square or Stripe payments
  • Paid status on every job

The owner shouldn’t be
the operating system.

A lot of small shops work because the owner remembers everything.

  • Where the artwork is
  • What the customer changed
  • Which material still needs ordered
  • Why the job is late
  • What the employee does next

Give that information somewhere to live, so the team keeps moving without stopping you every five minutes.

From the founder

I learned what a busy shop can hide.

I’ve run a shop since 2017. We grew fast: manual press to automatics, more people, an 8,000-square-foot building. On paper, it looked like growth.

But too much of what it took to run the business lived in my head. When I got sick and had to step away, production slowed and overhead kept moving.

We downsized and rebuilt. OBPrint came out of that rebuild: the system I wish we’d had before we grew. We still run our shop on it every day.

A few fair questions.

Built for owner-led production shops making custom work every day.

Is OBPrint only for screen printing?

OBPrint supports apparel, sign, graphics, decal, wrap, install, and full-service production shops. Your setup should reflect the work your shop actually does.

What if my shop only offers one service?

Start with the services you offer. Onboarding uses your service selections to focus relevant setup and product options. You can add services as the shop changes.

Is OBPrint meant for huge shops?

OBPrint is focused on owner-led shops and smaller teams, particularly shops with roughly 1 to 10 people. It is used by multi-person shops. We are not claiming it has been proven in 50-person production operations.

Do I need to migrate years of old jobs before I can start?

Start with the next real job. Bring older customers and records over when they become useful. You do not need years of job history to begin.

Do I have to use an OBPrint payment processor?

OBPrint supports connecting Square or Stripe for customer payments. You can also record payments received outside those integrations. Choose the supported payment workflow that fits your shop; provider fees and terms still apply.

Run the next real job
through OBPrint.

No six-month migration. Start with the next job through the door and let the team run it.

No credit card required for the Full Run trial.
